The Next Steps

If you would like to find out more about how we work then we would be happy to arrange a call or meeting at your convenience.

– We would then organise a site visit to get to know the venue (it is key that we know the venue well to be able to promote it accurately and enthusiastically to our clients).

– A schedule of marketing works would be agreed within a set time-frame.

– Once completed, the team can begin to manage enquiries for your venue and will ensure that a booking sheet, enquiry log and all relevant administration is completed to ensure a smooth and secure booking process which works for both clients and for your venue.

– We can source, manage and liaise with suppliers and event planners as required and we will always be at the end of the phone for any questions you may have.
